Diaphragm Wall (D-Wall)

Diaphragm Wall (D-Wall) construction provides deep, reinforced concrete retaining walls for basements, metro stations, and infrastructure projects, ensuring exceptional ground stability, water resistance, structural strength, and long-term durability.

Precision Engineered Retaining Solutions for Deep Excavations

Diaphragm Wall

A Diaphragm Wall (D-Wall) is one of the most advanced and dependable shoring systems used for deep excavation projects. Known for its exceptional structural rigidity, superior watertightness, and precise vertical alignment, diaphragm walls are widely adopted for basements, metro stations, tunnels, high-rise developments, and infrastructure projects.

At IPEX, we deliver high-performance diaphragm wall solutions using advanced hydraulic grabs and hydro milling equipment, ensuring accuracy, safety, and durability even in challenging ground conditions.

Our Capabilities

Our state-of-the-art diaphragm wall equipment is capable of penetrating hard rock formations and achieving socket depths of up to 70 meters. Depending on project requirements, wall panels are constructed in lengths ranging from 2.5 to 6.0 meters, with wall thicknesses varying from 600 mm to 1200 mm.

To maintain trench stability during excavation, bentonite or polymer slurry systems are utilized, preventing collapse while ensuring precise excavation geometry. Integrated water bars and stop-end systems provide excellent watertightness between adjacent panels, significantly reducing seepage risks.
